Pricing & Product Information
All prices include GST and are listed in Australian Dollars only. Only official Australian product versions listed. Because of the dynamic nature of this industry (e.g. exchange rate variations and other variables beyond our control), prices, versions, product details and availability are subject to change on a continual basis without prior notice. Errors and omissions excepted. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, currency fluctuations and other issues outside of our control may result in unforseen changes to advertised information. For out of stock items, delivery dates given are only estimates. Goods are not supplied on a trial or "sale and return" basis. Please check specifications and compatibility with the manufacturer prior to purchasing. Goods ordered by fax or post will be charged at the price current at the time of our receipt of the order.

Payment Method

Internet Payment Service
The National Secure Internet Payment Service is our Internet payment gateway that enables secure online authorisation of credit card transactions over the internet. The service offers Industry Standards Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption and is fully integrated into our web site.

Conditions of Delivery
Freight charges are calculated on the basis of weight of goods and location of delivery. Actual freight charges for your order will be calculated and displayed once you have selected the product(s) to be purchased and clicked on 'Submit Order'. Approximate freight charges are as follows:   

   * Under 5kg - $4.95 - $14.95;
   * 5-15kg  - $24.95;
   * Over 15kg  - $ Quote.

Special freight offers may be available as advertised from time to time. We dispatch 85% of orders same day. Order by 1:00pm for same day dispatch (weekdays only) for products in stock. An authorised signatory needs to be at the delivery address to sign for and receive the goods. Photo identification may be requested.The goods shall be at the customer's risk from the date of delivery or the date upon which the customer is notified the goods are available for delivery, whichever comes first. Amazing RC Hobby shall use its best endeavours to meet the anticipated supply date or to supply the goods as soon as reasonably possible. If the customer fails or refuses to take delivery of the goods, the customer shall be liable for all loss and damage (including consequential loss and damage) suffered or incurred by Amazing RC Hobby as a result thereof, including all storage and handling costs, and Amazing RC Hobby at its absolute discretion, may charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of the original purchase price.

International Orders
For international orders please call customer service on 0061 3 9558 9755 Payment by cheque or direct deposit only. Insurance for delivery of goods is required for all international orders. Allow ten working days for cheque or direct deposit clearance.

Logon Name & Password Confidentiality and Liability
It is the responsibility of the customer to protect and authorise the use of logon codes and passwords. Amazing RC Hobby will not and cannot take responsibility for customer logon code and password protection and use. Account customers are liable to pay all monies outstanding from any purchase(s) of goods on their account by any person that uses their user name or password. Non-account customers please note: every order will require payment in full prior to goods being dispatched. Therefore, in the unlikely event that you receive an order fraudulently placed on your account, please inform Amazing RC Hobby immediately. We will arrange the return of the goods as well as contact the relevant criminal investigation authority.

Returning MerchandiseYou may only return goods for a full refund or request a refund within 5 business days of receiving your order providing all of the guidelines set out in this document have been met.
When returning merchandise, please make sure these steps are taken:
 
 - Notify Amazing RC via phone or email.
 - Include a photocopy of your original invoice.
 - Include a brief note explaining the reason for the return.
 - All returned items must be sent via prepaid shipping. Returns sent COD shipping will be refused.
 - Credit will be given only for items that we physically receive and inspect. To avoid any complications, be sure that you insure your return shipment.
 - Returns must be in brand new, mint condition where possible, in the original, undamaged manufacturer’s packaging including all packaging materials.
 - If damage occurred during transit, please do not dispose of the packaging or item. Contact Amazing Rc Hobby immediately.
 - All items returned without fault will incur a 20% re-stocking fee. This fee is not negotiable. Please choose your products carefully.

Warranty & Service
All AmazingRC products are sold under this warranty and disclaimer.RADIO CONTROLLED AIRPLANES, HELICOPTERS AND ALL PRODUCTS RELATED TO THEM ARE NOT TOYS AND SHOULD BE HANDLED WITH GREAT CARE.User is required to read all instruction manuals and follow the manufacturer’s guidelines as well as the pre-flight checklist. AmazingRC DOES NOT accept responsibility for injury, crash or damage, loss of kits or accessories, or parts and materials that occurs during the use of any radio-controlled model. Great care shall be taken when using RC products.All products ordered from AmazingRC come with a warranty of 7 Days unless otherwise stated. Once received, if an item breaks or malfunctions under normal use and from the normal break in process, you may request an RMA number within 7 Days of delivery. Once the RMA number has been issued, you have 48 Hours (2 business days) to take the item to the post office to have it mailed out. Please note that for ALL returns of any kind, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.The 7 Day warranty is null and void if the item has been altered or abused. Examples: Mishandling the product, modifying or removing helicopter parts, dropping, and/or disassembling the item. Unless instructed to do so by a AmazingRC representative, do not do any of the things previously mentioned to your item. Any damage sustained during use is not covered under the AmazingRC 7 Day warranty unless damage is proven to be due to manufacturer’s error. Unfortunately, AmazingRC will not be held responsible for the user’s negligence or lack of knowledge on the product purchased. The user shall determine the suitability of the product for his or her intended use and shall assume all risk and liability in connection therewith; this will include all items sold or distributed by AmazingRC.AmazingRC will make every effort possible to understand that each case is unique, and try to assist you in the best way possible.
